Juncus repens is a grasslike stem and rosette plant prized for its narrow leaves that can develop attractive reddish tones near the tips. It works especially well in the midground to background, where thoughtful spacing and routine maintenance help it develop its best shape and color.
For best results, provide a nutrient-rich substrate or consistent water-column fertilization and keep conditions stable. Acclimate the plant gradually, remove damaged growth, and maintain consistent water quality while new roots and shoots establish.
