Hydrocotyle Tripartita Mini, also known as Hydrocotyle Japan Mini, is a popular and charming aquatic plant favored by aquarists for its small, clover-like leaves and compact growth habit. Native to Southeast Asia, particularly Japan, this plant features delicate, three-lobed leaves that create a dense, low-growing carpet in planted aquariums. Its vibrant green coloration and intricate leaf structure provide an appealing, natural look in both small and large tanks. Hydrocotyle Tripartita Mini is highly versatile and can be used in a variety of aquascaping styles, making it an ideal choice for hobbyists looking to create a lush, intricate foreground.

When it comes to care, Hydrocotyle Tripartita Mini is relatively easy to grow but benefits greatly from higher light levels and CO2 supplementation. Under these conditions, it will grow densely and spread quickly across the substrate, forming a thick carpet. Its adaptability allows it to thrive in different water parameters, but it does best in slightly acidic to neutral water with stable conditions. Frequent trimming is recommended to maintain its compact form, and it can also be trained to grow attached to hardscape elements like driftwood and rocks, adding a dynamic element to any aquascape.

The tissue culture shown is the one you will get, from the Sreepadma GroWoW! Series.
