2Hr Aquarist APT Fix is a concentrated, targeted algae treatment for established planted aquariums. It is especially effective against black beard algae (BBA), hair, string, fuzz, and other filamentous algae, then biodegrades without persistent residue.

How to use

• Pause the filter for up to 2 minutes.
• Use a pipette to spot-dose affected areas.
• Apply up to 1 mL per 10 L of aquarium water every 24 hours.
• Avoid direct contact with livestock, delicate mosses, or newly planted growth.
• Restore filtration and maintain good circulation and oxygenation after treatment.

Dense hair algae and Cladophora should be removed manually before treatment. Treated algae commonly changes color before breaking down over approximately 3–9 days.

Important: If the recommended dose is exceeded, perform an immediate 80% water change.
